How we're compensated.

Even though Mortgage Concierge Advisors work for you (not the lender), we get paid by the lender (not you!). The lenders' "finders fees" reimburse us for bringing them creditworthy customers like you. These fees are based on a percentage of the loan amount, and since they're similar across most lenders and products, there's no incentive for us to favour one lender or product over another. This allows us to offer truly objective advice that's in your best interest!

Over 90% of Mortgage Centre clients pay no fee at all. Even the upgraded service provided by Mortgage Concierge Advisors is offered at no additional charge to you.

There are generally only two instances when a client would pay a fee:

• If the lender selected does not pay fees to brokers.
• If the mortgage transaction is particularly challenging and requires a specialized broker-only lender.
